1. Payment terms:
By Irrevocable StandbyTransferable LC only,
Covering 12 months of delivery or delivery during the contract period.
Plan Option # 1
The buyer will place an unencumbered bank guarantee / SBLC for the last year shipments to Ensure allocation for the contract that will have a maturity date of the full term of the contract for one year plus 10 days.
This will entitle the buyer if he chooses to pay each shipment of each shipment to shipment with a 100% MT103 when presented with documents or auto-revolving letters of credit
Note: BG / SBLC will be returned to issuer, if all payments have been made ??with each shipment for the entire contract, or
2. PROCEDURES:
1) Buyer issues LOI to Seller + + NCND-IMFPA Warning letter
2) Seller prepares MANDATE FCO
3) Buyer returns FCO approves with BCL (no soft probes) and or \ evidence of capability of purchasing
4) Seller's MANDATE issues contract to be signed by buyer
5) BUYER AND SELLER EXCHANGE HARD COPIES
6) Buyer send sample of verbiage of LC along with Proof of Funds. MT 799
7) Seller issue Proof of Product
8) Buyer issues pre-advise IRDLC or payment instrument
9) Seller issues 2% Performance Bond
10) Shipping commences within 30-45 Days |
